DICEC is located at the head of Sheikh Zayed Road, Dubai's commercial heart, 15 minutes away from the international airport and within 5-20 minutes’ drive of most city centre hotels. Taxis are plentiful and affordable in Dubai.

DICEC is served by public bus routes 27 and 29. In addition, most hotels provide courtesy coaches to and from DICEC for their guests.
