In order for your registration to be processed, it is essential that you have paid your registration fee in full (including bank charges if you pay by bank transfer).

If you pay by bank transfer, please fax your bank transfer confirmation, including the Delegate Reference Number (found in the subject header of your confirmation email), to the following number +44 207 728 4044 or email payments@dubailynx.com.

Once we have processed your registration, we will send your registration confirmation letter.

Visas are generally required in order to gain entry into the United Arab Emirates. Please click here for further information.

If you do require a visa, please contact the Delegate Department at delegates@dubailynx.com or +44 (0) 207 728 4040 so we can send you a visa letter.

Please provide us with your full name, passport number, nationality, date and place of birth, date of issue and expiry date of your passport and place of issue.

You must be 28 years old or younger and send proof of age - e.g. a copy of your passport or driving licence.

You will be required to supply a copy of your passport or driving licence. You will be able to upload your ID when registering on our website. This is the quickest and most convenient way of sending us your ID.

If it is not possible for you to upload your ID at the time of registering, then you can fax your ID to +44 (0) 207 728 4044 or email it to delegates@dubailynx.com. However, we would strongly recommend that you upload your ID at the time of registering.

There is no age limit to register for the Student package. However, you will have to provide us with proof that you are in full time education studying Advertising, Communication, Marketing or Design and not currently employed.

When you register online, you will be able to upload your student card with photo. We will also ask you to send a letter on headed paper signed by your course lecturer which will confirm that you are enrolled in full-time education. This is the quickest and most convenient way of sending us proof of your student status.

Attendance to the Awards Dinner is not included in the Student Package.
