We will send out a Call For Entries email in December to let you know that entries are open on our website. You can then complete your entry forms, upload your media and pay for your entries online.

Dubai Lynx is for advertising in the Middle East and North Africa regions, with the addition of Kenya, Ghana and Nigeria.

All entries must have be screened, published or displayed in at least one MENA country. However, entries may be submitted by entrants outside the region as long as the advertising has been designed to run in a MENA country.

Countries classed as eligible for the Dubai Lynx Awards are as follows:

Afghanistan, Algeria, Bahrain, Comoros, Djibouti, Egypt, Ghana, Iran, Iraq, Jordan, Kuwait, Lebanon, Kenya, Libya, Mauritania, Morocco, Nigeria, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Somalia, Sudan, Syria, Tunisia, United Arab Emirates, West Bank & Gaza, Western Sahara, Yemen.

We cannot process your entry until we receive your payment. We will not send you a bill. You can pay online by credit card or choose to pay by bank transfer.

Entrants paying by bank transfer will receive a proforma invoice (invoice to pay) by email to give to your finance department. After this, you must fax proof of payment/bank transfer confirmation, quoting your Entry Reference Number, before we can process your entry.

A receipt (paid invoice) will be posted to you after the Festival. Invoices will be issued in the name of the invoice company. Please check that this information is correct when you complete the payment section as we cannot re-send corrected invoices.

All requests to withdraw an entry must be made in writing. If you withdraw an entry before the deadline for entries, you can expect a full refund. Any extension to the entry deadline does not affect the refund deadline. Cancelled entries will not be refunded after 11 February 2010.

The judging takes place at the Festival in Dubai from 12 March 2010 to 16 March 2010. The shortlists and winners are published on our website during the Festival week.

We will not send official notification to award winners until after the Festival is over. Gold winners may be contacted from Dubai by telephone or email so that they can attend the Awards Ceremony.

You need to login, go to the View Details section and fill out the appropriate details about the entry you want to change and press submit. This will send an email to us.

We will then process the change. The change may take several weeks to complete, due to the fact that we will be processing all entries.

Please note: any changes will not be visible on entrants' PDF forms but will be made internally at the Dubai Lynx Awards office. We are not able to send you a corrected version of your form.
