Dubai Lynx has negotiated preferential rates for Festival delegates. In order to take advantage of these special rates, just list your favourites when registering and we'll make the booking on your behalf.  This guide includes information, pictures of rooms and facilities, rates and their distances from the Festival to help you make your choice. If you add a hotel to Favourites, it will appear at the top of the list on the online Delegate registration form when registering. Read the hotel reservation terms and conditions.

Dubai Lynx Accommodation Department works on a first come first served basis and can only provide accommodation at preferential rates to registered Dubai Lynx Delegates.

Please note that the published rates are subject to 10% service charge and 10% Dubai Municipality Tax.
