Sponsorship & Advertising
Dubai Lynx to grant Sponsor headline sponsorship of Dubai Lynx 2012 taking place at the Madinat Jumeirah from the 4−6 March 2012 with the Awards on 7 March 2012.
a. Prior To The Festival
- Official press release sent to all press to announce partnership with sponsor
- Logo presence on every page of the Dubai Lynx website with weblink to page of sponsors choice
- Logo on official DIAF adverts to be placed in relevant press
- Logo on official DIAF TV and Radio spots where applicable
- Logo on email communications to delegates regarding the Festival and Awards
- Logo on all marketing literature sent pre-event to include but not limited to: call for entries and call for delegates
- The right to use the Dubai International Advertising Festival 2012 branding in their own communications (usage to be approved by DIAF)
b. At The Festival
- 50 sqm space in prominent location within the Festival to build a hospitality area to promote themselves and greet guests
- Prominent advertising site within the Festival site for their own creative
- 35 delegate registrations to the Festival
- First DPS and one full page advert in the festival programme
- Insert/gift in the delegate bag
- Logo on official DIAF signage around the festival
- Logo on official DIAF signage around the festival
- Permanent printed logo incorporated into the stage set design
- Logo on all relevant print work to include the official Festival Programme
- Logo on official Delegate bag
c. At Dubai Lynx Awards
- 5 tables of 10 people (50 pax) in a prominent location of the sponsors choosing at the Dubai Lynx Awards
- A Branded VIP area within the VIP area on Fort Island during the reception to host your guests.
- Opportunity to provide a table gift to all attendees at the event
- Permanent printed logo incorporated into the stage set
- Logo will be in prominent position in the Awards programme
- Logo will appear on all signage at the event
- They will have the opportunity for their prominent advertising site which was in place at the festival to remain in situ for the Awards proceedings
d. Post Event
- Logo on the cover of the Awards winners brochure
- Logo to remain on DIAF official website until the launch of the 2013 event
- 2 full-page adverts in the awards winner brochure produced after the event
- Logo on all official press releases/email announcements post event include the congratulatory announcement.
