Kalpesh Patankar is Regional Chief Creative Director of VMLY&R, MENA. In 2018 he was named among the top 10 Global Agency Leaders by Adweek. Patankar has been one of the most effective and awarded creatives in the region. He helped create celebrated work for Coca-Cola, Harvey Nichols, Landrover, Colgate and many others.
Before VMLY&R, he led creative in Asia with Saatchi & Saatchi Mumbai and Ogilvy Singapore. At Ogilvy Singapore he worked on DBS, the largest bank in the region, and at Saatchi & Saatchi his work for Ariel made him the No.1 Ranked creative in India and helped the agency become the most awarded in 2000. He has been named among “Creatives to Watch” multiple times and has been instrumental in elevating creative work across the MENA region and leading VMLY&R Dubai to the title of most awarded agency in the region. He is also a member of VMLY&R's Global Creative Council.

Saurabh brings over 13 years of advertising experience with Impact BDDO, MullenLowe, Jack in the Box Worldwide in the Middle-East & Asia. His work for a roster of clients including PepsiCo., Visa, USAID has won the Grand Effie and People’s Choice Award among other effectiveness award citations.
Saurabh holds an MBA in Marketing and has a penchant for trivia, tennis and spicy curry. He is also proudly associated with the UN’s World Food Program in the Middle-East, EFE Worldwide and is on the Grand Jury for the Advertising Marketing Effectiveness awards 2018 (New York Festivals).

Slim’s professional career started as a production assistant. But for him, the “Click” in his career was when someone told me “Hey , you should come with us.“
In September 2010 he dropped out what he was doing to start a new adventure with FP7 McCann as a Junior Copywriter.
Since then, he worked on many remarkable local brands as well as big international brands such as Coca-Cola and Orange with whom he has produced many award-winning works awarded in Cannes Lions, Effie’s , New York Festivals and WARC Awards .
For his own personnel achievement, in 2017, he was ranked in the Top 10 copywriters in MENA region.

Hend is Planning Director of Good People, one of the Middle East’s most-awarded creative agency and production houses. After six years with BBDO in Cairo and a year at Good People, her work has collected over 35 awards across the globe.
When she’s not working on your brand, Hend is watching a movie, cooking, or eating while watching a movie.

Read blogs everyday. Read YouTube comments until the end. Because at the end of the day you’re selling to those people not the years of experience, or the network or your boss.”
A die-hard Egyptian national, Ola started her career as an intern in Leo Burnett MENA working on Emirates NBD, Kelloggs and Mont Blanc. In 2012, Ola joined MullenLOWE handling Red Bull MEA along with Novo Cinemas.
Joining TBWA\RAAD in 2013, with on-going passion and hunger of exploring various industries, she fully handled regional and global brands such as: Infiniti, Apple Inc., PepsiCo, DFRE, Nissan, Meraas and Emaar.
Ola is now handling du Emirates Integrated Telecommunication Company and she is excited to evolve the brand as much as possible within the coming years alongside her team.
Graduated from the American University of Sharjah, obtaining a Bachelor’s Degree in Mass Communication. Aside from her career, Ola’s obsession with fitness and circuit training is infinite, she enjoys NOT being a vegan and having a good laugh.

At 18, Rana Khoury started working as a journalist while studying Political Sciences at the American University of Beirut, where she was the president of the Human Rights and Peace Club.
Once she graduated in 2007, she started working as a copywriter at Leo Burnett Beirut, and today she is a Creative Director.
Many of the communication campaigns she helped creating at the agency have had a huge impact on the community in both Lebanon and the region, and have won international awards at the main Creativity Festivals.
Rana is also a lecturer at the American University of Beirut in the department of Media and Communication.
And today, in her free time, Rana is establishing a social enterprise that links women survivors of gender based violence and sexual abuse to job opportunities.
"As a student, I remember I had little, to no boundaries, at least in my thinking. The limits of creativity are therefore unaffected by "political correctness" or any kind of pressure. This freedom of creation can only be beautifully reflected, and in the right space such as the Dubai Lynx Student Competition, it can only be perfected."
