Austyn Allison is the editor of Campaign Middle East, the leading industry title for the region’s advertising and creative community. He has been in the role since July 2016; prior to that he was supplements editor on MEED (Middle East Economic Digest, a business-to-business title covering the major projects market in the Middle East and North Africa). From 2007-2011 Austyn edited Communicate, a media, marketing and advertising title covering the MENA region. Austyn is originally from Scotland, but has called the UAE home for the past 15 years.
Vidya Manmohan the Founder & Creative Chairwoman of V4 advertising and Ex-Executive Creative Director of GREY Dubai. She also happens to be one of the very few female Executive Creative Directors in the region today.

She walked out of the medical school campus to pursue a career in Advertising.
Switched her expertise from Art direction to copywriting mid-way through her successful career. What’s more, this mom of a 19-year old has gone back to University this year to pursue her Masters in Digital Management whilst launching her own company.
After over four decades in the Middle East and having witnessed sand dunes transform to skyscrapers, this charming lady from India proudly says she’s ‘Made in Dubai’.
Her work reflects the pop culture around her and has bagged International awards, not only in the print and outdoor categories, but also in radio, design, digital, integrated and advertising for good. Vidya has also been on the jury panel of International Advertising Festivals like the Cannes Lions, New York Festivals, Clio, Adfest, Lisbon Advertising Awards and the Young Guns to name a few.
Raf, as he is commonly known at Leo Burnett, has been in the advertising industry since 2004. He is a child of the digital age. His career started in Brazil at Isobar AgênciaClick. During his tenure there he has won 15 awards, while his creative input helped in shaping the business’ objectives of major clients including FIAT, Embratour, Brasil Telecom and Caixa Econômica Federal (Brazil’s largest and most popular bank).
His next adventure led him to Wunderman/Tattoo360, Dubai where he was charged with transforming the company into a digitally-driven agency. He became a group head within the first year and gained recognition at Dubai Lynx. He takes pride in having produced global work at his next agency, Proximity/BBDO, for the likes of Emirates Airline, Mercedes-Benz and Pepsi.
Raf joined Leo Burnett in 2009. Over a hundred local and international awards followed, predominantly on projects for du Telco, such as Post Wisely, Tropa, Future of Prepaid, du Tuesday and Digital Fasting in which few were able to snatch 3 Grand Prizes at Lynx and many metals across the board. Special mention should be made of Raf’s work on the Dubai Film Festival, officially recognized as being the most effective campaign for the brand since its inception. Winner of Leo Burnett’s Network ‘Star Reacher’ Award, Raf combines an inexhaustible passion for ideas and great art direction with the type of craftsmanship that has defined Leo Burnett in recent years.
Over the past 15 months, Raf has been leading the McDonald’s account for the GCC and has been behind, and a part of, developing multiple pieces of work that are associated with strong business results.
Today Raf has embarked on a new challenge when handling the Publicis Groupe - Power of One, Executive Creative Director role on Nestlé at Publicis ME along with his current assignments on Leo Burnett.
