See It Be It

Now in its second year at Dubai Lynx, See It Be It Dubai is a tailored programme of executive training, mentoring and exclusive networking opportunities for ten women working in the communications industry in Dubai.

Based on the Cannes Lions See It Be It initiative, now in its seventh year, it is an experience that raises profiles, expands contacts, builds confidence and accelerates participants down the path to leadership.

About See It Be It

See It Be It Dubai provides access to great content and industry luminaries, as well as gives women an opportunity to share experiences and discuss the challenges they face.

The simple, central idea is that if you can’t see it, you can’t be it. So by shining a light on the participant and helping to illuminate the path, we can help them to achieve their potential, and in doing so inspire others along the way.

During the Festival the participants take part in a curated series of mainstage seminars, with behind-the-scenes jury room access, specially-designed workshops, one-to-one mentoring from a raft of the most respected, inspiring industry leaders and exclusive networking opportunities.


We are looking for women who are:

  • Part of the branded communications industry; advertising, marketing, film-making, innovation, editorial, design, PR or a related discipline, or those who have an interest in a career in these disciplines (e.g. those who have studied in this area).

  • Comfortable speaking in English ( the programme will be in English).

  • Based in Dubai or able to travel to Dubai if they are chosen to participate.

The Application Process

  • Applications will open soon.

  • Potential candidates should fill out a dedicated application form.

  • The See It Be It Dubai team will review candidates and create a shortlist for follow-up interviews.

  • Everyone who applies will be notified whether they made the shortlist, but unfortunately we are unable to provide individual feedback.

  • Successful candidates will be notified and receive a complete Festival pass, curated Festival content, exclusive mentoring and networking.
