Biography
Chrystel Jung has been working in the advertising industry for 14 years. While passionate about creativity in all its forms, she is undeniably a film lover at heart.
She began her career as an art director at JWT Paris, working with international brands like Nestlé, BMW, and Reporters Without Borders.
Later, she joined BETC Paris, where she realized that spending entire days on Photoshop wasn’t for her. She discovered her true strength in crafting concepts and writing, leading her to become a copywriter. Now, as a creative director, she mainly works on Danone and E.Leclerc, but also contributes to projects for CANAL+ and Citroën.
At BETC Paris, Chrystel has collaborated with iconic brands such as CANAL+, Air France, Leroy Merlin, E.Leclerc, Lego, Citroën, and McDonald’s. Her work on CANAL+ campaigns, including Dunkirk and Mission Really Impossible, has earned numerous international awards. Her short film Papa for CANAL+ won a Gold Lion at Cannes and over 25 international accolades. More recently, her latest film for CANAL+, Super, also gained widespread recognition, including a Silver Lion at Cannes in the Film category.
In 2017, she was named Creatives of the Year by Stratégies Magazine. In 2023, she was featured in Adweek’s Creative 100 and won France’s first Immortal Award for the CANAL+ film, Papa.
