Our responsibility for loss or damage suffered by you
Nothing in these Terms will operate to exclude or limit our liability to you for death or personal bodily injury caused by us or our employees or subcontractors’ negligence, or for any fraudulent misrepresentation by any of the foregoing or for any other liability which cannot be excluded or restricted by law.
Subject to the foregoing: a. we will not be liable to you arising out of or in connection with use of our Site for any of the following types of losses, damages, or expenses of any kind arising out of or in connection with such use; i. consequential; ii. indirect; iii. special; iv. lost profits; v. lost revenue; vi. lost sales; vii. anticipated savings; and viii. losses, damages, or expenses arising from loss of data; b. our total aggregate liability to you arising out of or in connection with use of our Site will be limited in aggregate to £500 (five hundred pounds sterling); and c. we will have no liability to you for any failure or delay in performing an obligation under these Terms because of any event beyond our or our subcontractors’ reasonable control.

Which country's laws apply to any disputes?
These Terms, their subject matter and their formation, are governed by and should be construed in accordance with English law. You and we both agree that the courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction except that if you are a consumer and you are a resident of Northern Ireland you may also bring proceedings in Northern Ireland, and if you are resident of Scotland, you may also bring proceedings in Scotland.
In the event that any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remainder of these Terms will remain valid and enforceable.
