Jessica Derby is the Head of Production at BBDO Dublin, having previously held local and global roles at Droga5 Dublin (formally Rothco / Accenture Interactive),and Publicis Dublin.
Jessica has collaborated on many globally award-winning campaigns including some particularly proud moments on ‘A Shred of Decency’, ‘Sleeping Flags’ and ‘Saylists’.
Her work has been awarded in Cannes, D&AD, One Show, Clios, Effies, The Kinsale Sharks and ICAD - delivering impactful campaigns for celebrated Irish and International brands including Allied Irish Banks, Heineken, White Claw Hard Seltzer, Dublin Bus, Woodies, and O.N.E. (Organisation of National Ex-Service Personnel)
Jessica is a co-founder of ‘Good Cop, Good Cop’, a collective who use their creative for good and has produced films for Amnesty International and Together for Yes. In 2019 she published their first children’s picture book, ‘How Will Santa Find Us?’, the story of a family made homeless Christmas week. The book was a bestseller raising over €80,000 for the homeless charity, Focus Ireland.
In 2020 Jessica harnessed her curiosity around people and big ideas on a special design project aiding lone workers and was accredited as an Inventor by the European Patient Office for her role in developing an Intelligent Safety System.
