Letícia Rodrigues is a Creative Director at FCB Brazil, with an Art Direction background and more than 12 years of experience.
Over the past years, her work has led to awarded campaigns recognized by Cannes Lions, The One Show, Clio, Effie Awards, El Ojo, Wave Festival, Young Guns, among others.
But also it has given her other honors: she was recognized by the Cannes Lions See It Be It as one of the 15 potential female creative leaderships worldwide, named as a Next Creative Leader by The One Club for Creativity, 2x Jury Member of the Creative Club of Brazil, spotlighted as the 30 young people who fought to change the industry in 2020 and chosen as the 6 "voices" that are driving real changes in the industry.
During her career, she has been working across some of the biggest global advertising networks, for well-renowned local and global brands.
She is also an advocate of equality and inclusion within the ad market, leading a project called PerifaLions, an independent non-profitable project that gives visibility and opens doors for talents from socially vulnerable outskirts.
