Lucas is a marketer and publicist by profession but a dancer and pilot by frustration.

He was part of the MBA of Berlin School of Creative Leadership across Europe, North America and Asia and he is a professional with two decades of experience in Marketing, Advertising, Business Intelligence and Public Relations in competitive Latam markets such as Chile, Colombia, México and Perú. For the last 15 years, he has been part of the Marketing team of the biggest retailer in South America and one of the most competitive marketplaces of the region: Falabella; acquiring deep knowledge in the area.

He has been ranked in the Top Ten Most admired marketers in Colombia for six consecutive years. Lucas has expertise in creating advertising campaigns for different sectors and categories (e-commerce, fashion, beauty, home interiors, electronics, kids, among others) and digital content strategies.

Diversity and Inclusion is one of his passions and he is a recognized advocate for LGBTIQ+ in Latin America, contribuing with his leadership and visibility as an agent for inclusion in the company and different forums.

More than 30 awards in Latin America prove his ability for efficient creativity.
