Biography
Mike is a Partner and Chief Creative Officer at Rethink Toronto. Under his leadership, Rethink has transformed from a well known Canadian indie, to a globally recognized independent creative hub. In 2024, Mike led Rethink Toronto to be named 2024 Cannes Lions Independent Agency of the Year. That same year, Rethink Toronto was also named Independent Agency of the Year by One Show, Clios, London International, The Drum, WARC, and numerous other shows around the world.
Mike’s work has been recognized over 100 times at Cannes Lions - including earning Heinz the brand the coveted Grand Prix for Creative Effectiveness, celebrating five years of creativity on the brand. Mike is the first creative in Canada to be named Creative Director of the Year by Ad Age. He holds two Guinness World Records and has had work featured in Time Magazine, CNN, The Tonight Show, and twice on Jimmy Kimmel on the same night.
Outside of Rethink, Mike is a passionate advocate for the next generation of creative talent - and sits as Creative Chair at Miami Ad School.
