Biography
Nadine Müller-Eckel is a strategic leader shaping the future of brand and business effectiveness across Europe. With 17+ years of experience at Jung von Matt, Heimat, R/GA, TBWA, and now Anomaly, she has helped redefine the role of strategy in driving creativity and commercial impact.
At Anomaly Berlin, Nadine built the agency’s pioneering ‘total strategy’ discipline, integrating business transformation, brand and communications, cultural strategy, innovation, and data. Her leadership has strengthened strategy as a core driver of business growth, supporting partnerships with brands including Marschall, Google, Lidl, Zalando, and Puma.
Her work has earned multiple effectiveness accolades, among them Gold GWA Effie (Sparkasse), Evergreen Gold Effie (Hornbach), Euro Effie (Nikon), and Gold AME Award (FDP). Nadine also serves on leading industry juries, including the Co-Presidency of the GWA Effie, Euro Effie (2nd Round), and Global AME Awards.
Beyond client work, she is committed to impact in gender equality, DE&I, and sustainability. She co-founded OhYouWomen.org, advised the Berlin Founders’ Fund to champion underrepresented founders, and serves on the board of Klim, supporting regenerative agricultures. She also helps open pathways for diverse creative talent through initiatives like Anomaly’s UNSCHOOL and the agency’s partnership with TLNT & TLNT.
