Biography
Randa is an innovative marketing leader with a passion for brand strategy and integrated marketing and communications. Her background spans in-house and agency roles across advertising, PR, digital startups and media companies. Randa is currently Burson’s Global Chief Brand Officer where she is responsible for the agency’s worldwide marketing and communications function, elevating the Burson brand both internally and externally.
Before joining Burson, Randa served as Global Chief Marketing and Communications Officer for Hill & Knowlton. Prior to that, Randa was Head of Global Marketing & Brand for Weber Shandwick, where she led the launch of The Weber Shandwick Collective in 2021, formalizing the firm’s distinctive ecosystem of specialist agencies. She previously led the agency’s integrated digital specialty in New York.
Earlier in her career, Randa was an executive director at The Wall Street Journal, where she led the launch of WSJ Custom Studios, the publisher’s first-ever integrated content marketing practice. Before WSJ, she held leadership positions in marketing and operations for Federated Media, where she developed influencer and digital media campaigns. She also worked in the advertising sector, holding account positions at both Ogilvy & Mather and Saatchi & Saatchi.
