Biography

Sara Clewemar is a highly accomplished creative leader and brand strategist with a proven track record of delivering award-winning results. In 2015, she was recognized as Sweden’s most awarded advertising client director, with accolades from international competitions such as Cannes Lions, One Show, Clio, and D&AD, as well as local awards. Most recently Sara was the Agency Lead of Publicis Creative in Sweden.

Sara is a champion of sustainability and diversity. She initiated Happy Socks’ first sustainability report and successfully advanced Åkestam Holst's efforts in equality and inclusion, earning the title of Sweden’s most gender-equal agency in 2015 and 2016. She has led impactful integration projects, including internships for asylum seekers in collaboration with the Migration Agency, resulting in successful job placements.

As an experienced leader, Sara has managed multidisciplinary teams across strategy, creative development, production, and digital transformation. She specializes in brand positioning and concept development. With a strong focus on sustainability, she has spearheaded green initiatives, material transitions, and climate impact assessments.
