Laura is a dynamic, global music marketeer with a captivating career journey. She embarked on her journey in 2016 by merchandising ringtones for European telcos at a French white-label company. She then made waves at Xbox Music, seamlessly integrating music into the expansive realm of Microsoft and orchestrating the groundbreaking first avatar interview. Seeking sunnier horizons, she headed to Australia to work for Universal Music before returning back to London as a global force at Sony Music, managing the local markets around the world. Fuelling her passion for international experiences, she made a move to Dubai in 2017 to join Sony’s Music Middle Eastern team as Streaming & Marketing Manager. Navigating the challenges of the pandemic, she showcased her versatility & passion for MENA by freelancing with Lebanese popstar Ragheb Alama. Now, as the Head of Streaming & Distribution at MDLBEAST Records, she adds her touch of data-driven magic to the industry, alongside spearheading impactful initiatives such as bringing electronic duo Shkoon into the company and setting up a dreamy Fairuz remix.
