Dubai Lynx 2023

What is Dubai Lynx?

Dubai Lynx is a one-day Festival full of community-focused networking and awe-inspiring talks and discussions followed by an Awards Ceremony the following day, awarding the best work within the Creative industry in the MENA region.

When does delegate registration open for Dubai Lynx?

We are now open for delegate registration. For all passes and prices visit our Pass Picker.

When will Dubai Lynx 2023 take place?

The Festival will take place on Tuesday 14 March followed by the annual Lynx Awards ceremony on the evening of Wednesday 15 March.

Where will Dubai Lynx 2023 take place?

The Festival and the annual Lynx Awards ceremony will take place at Madinat Jumeirah’s Fort Island and Murjaan Ballroom.

Is there a schedule available?

The schedule for Dubai Lynx 2023 will be released closer to the Festival.

Is there an age restriction for Dubai Lynx 2023?

You must be aged 21 or over to access the Awards Ceremony and parties.

Online Bookings

How can I book a pass for the 2023 Festival?

Festival passes, Awards Seats and Tables can be viewed and booked online via our Pass Picker. You can also purchase a pass at registration onsite at the Festival.

Is it possible to register more than one delegate before paying or must I pay for each delegate at the same time?

You can register several delegates before submitting to pay and do not have to pay for all of them at the same time. You can also make changes before paying through your My Account area.

When will I receive my final booking confirmation?

In order for your registration to be processed, it is essential that you have paid your registration fee in full.

If you pay by bank transfer/invoice, please email your bank transfer confirmation, including the Order Reference Number (REFDL/XXX-XX - found in the subject header of your confirmation email), to our Finance Team.

From 20:01 GMT (00:01 GST) Tue 28 Feb 2023, you will no longer be able to pay by Bank Transfer, but you’ll be able to pay by credit card or at the event.

I keep receiving email reminders, what do they mean?

If you’re receiving email reminders, it means you have started but not completed registration.

The reminder is sent automatically. If you would like to stop the reminders, please go back into the online registration you started and either checkout or delete the Festival Passes or Awards Invitations from the My Basket section of your My Account area.

I get an error message when trying to register, who can I contact?

Please contact our Delegates Team with a description of the steps taken, the browser you are using (e.g. Internet Explorer, Chrome or Firefox) and a screen shot of the error message you received. We will aim to get back to you within 24 hours.

Young Lynx & Students

What’s the age restriction for the Young Lynx pass?

For the Young Lynx pass, you must be aged 30 or under (born on or after 15 March 1992). It’s important to note that Proof of age (e.g. a copy of your passport or driving licence) must be uploaded to your pass before you complete your registration.

What’s the age restriction for Student passes?

For the Student pass, you must be aged 23 or under (born on or after 15 June 1999), enrolled in full-time education and cannot be/cannot have been employed in the Advertising, Communication, Marketing or Design industries. It’s important to note that Proof of age (e.g. a copy of your passport or driving licence), student ID and an enrolment letter must be uploaded before completing a Student registration.


What currencies are accepted?

Registration fees are in US Dollars or UAE Dirham.

Do your prices include tax?

All prices on our website exclude tax, however please note this will be included once you proceed to checkout.

VAT @ 5% will be charged on top of all delegate passes.

Do I need to pay VAT?

Yes, all delegates are required to pay VAT at 5%, on top of the registration fee. This will be added when you proceed to checkout.

What methods of payment are accepted?

Guests can pay prior to the Awards Ceremony with:

  • VISA/Mastercard/American Express
  • Bank Transfer/Invoice
  • Cheque

Please note that you can make a bank transfer until 20:00 GMT (midnight GST) Tuesday 28 Feb 2023, after which it will only be possible to choose 'pay with a credit card' or 'pay at the event' for online bookings. The 'pay at the event' options will be available online until 20:00 GMT (midnight GST) Monday 13 March 2023.

Guests can pay at the event with:

How do I pay by Bank Transfer?

  • It is imperative that you cover ALL bank charges; otherwise your registration(s) may be refused.

  • Please ensure that payment is made in US Dollars or UAE Dirham and arrives at our bank in US Dollars or UAE Dirham.

  • Please ensure that your order reference number is quoted when making payment.

Once the transfer has been made, please email proof of payment to our Finance Team, quoting the REFDL/ order reference number(s) you are paying for.

When will I receive my invoice?

Please note all invoicing is done upon request, post event as per our Terms and Conditions. If you would like to receive an invoice, please contact the Finance Team.


Can I receive a refund or credit if I cancel my registration?

As per our Terms & Conditions, we will be unable to offer refunds or credits if you cancel your booking. It is possible to make a replacement via the Confirmed Orders section of your My Account area.

Can I change the name of a registered Guest?

Yes. If you wish to make a name change, you can do so by hovering over the booking from the My Orders section of your My Account area, click on Options and then click Replace Guest. You will be required to enter the details of the new Guest and click on Save.


Can I upgrade/downgrade a booking?

You will be able to upgrade a booking via the My Orders section of your My Account area. You will need to go to the Confirmed Orders section, click on Options and select Change Order. From there you can select the option you would like to upgrade to and your booking will move back to your Pending Orders section. To complete your upgrade, you will need to proceed to checkout in order to pay the difference.

To downgrade a booking, please contact us. Please note our cancellation policy also applies to downgrades. Refunds and credits will not be issued for downgraded bookings.

How much does it cost to upgrade a booking?

If you decide to upgrade a booking, you will only have to pay for the difference.
