Dubai Lynx is a one-day Festival full of community-focused networking and inspiring discussions followed by an Awards Ceremony the following day, awarding the best work within the creative marketing industry in the MENA region.
The Festival will take place on Tuesday 5 March, followed by the annual Dubai Lynx Awards Ceremony on the evening of Wednesday 6 March. The Festival and the Awards ceremony will take place at the Emirates Golf Club, at the following address:

If you have a Festival pass, you will have access to the Festival Party, which will happen right after the Festival. Your Awards Invitation includes access to the Dubai Lynx Awards Show afterparty hosted at the Emirates Golf Club by MassiveMusic, a Songtradr company. Join us after the Awards ceremony on Wednesday 6 March in the Festival Pavilion, 11pm - 2am. (21+ only)
You must be aged 21 or over to access the Awards Ceremony and parties. The Festival is open to people of all ages.
Festival Passes, Awards Seats and Tables can be viewed and booked online via our Pass Picker. You can also buy a Pass at registration onsite at the Festival on Pre Registration day (4 March), Festival day (5 March) or Awards Ceremony day (6 March).
No – once registration is open, delegates can register up to and throughout the Festival. But if you’re interested in the Awards Seats or Tables, we’d recommend booking early as we can’t guarantee availability.
For your registration to be confirmed, you need to have paid your registration fee in full.
If you pay by bank transfer/invoice, please email your bank transfer confirmation, including the Order Reference Number (REFDL/XXX-XX – found in the subject header of your confirmation email), to our Finance Team.
From Tuesday, 20 February 2024, you will no longer be able to pay by bank transfer, but you’ll be able to pay by credit card or at the event.
If you’re receiving email reminders, it means you’ve started but not completed your registration.
The reminder is sent automatically. If you’d like to stop receiving reminders, please go back into the online registration you started and either check out or delete the Festival Passes or Awards Invitations from the My Basket section of your My Account area.
If you don’t yet know the name of the delegate(s) attending, you can still register them without having to provide any details up until Tuesday 27 February 2024. After this date, you’ll need to provide details to register.
Once you have the details, you'll be able to update the registration from the My Account area of the Website.
Yes. If you wish to make a name change, you can do so by hovering over the booking from the My Orders section of your My Account area, clicking on Options>Delegate Details>Edit Details>To replace a Delegate click here and then confirm you’re replacing a delegate. You’ll need to enter the details of the new Guest and click on Save and close.
Please note it will no longer be possible to make an online replacement from Sunday 3 March 2024, but you’ll still be able to replace a delegate onsite as long as the Pass hasn’t been printed.
You’ll be able to upgrade a booking via the My Orders section of your My Account area. You'll need to go to the Confirmed Orders section, click on Options and select Change Pass. From there you can select the option you would like to upgrade to and your booking will move back to your Pending Orders section. To complete your upgrade, you’ll need to proceed to checkout to pay the difference. You may also upgrade your booking directly onsite at the Registration tent.
To downgrade a booking, please contact us. Please note our cancellation policy also applies to downgrades. Refunds and credits will not be issued for downgraded bookings.
If you decide to upgrade a booking, you’ll only have to pay for the difference between your original Pass and the Pass you’re looking to upgrade to.
For the Young Lynx and Young Lynx Competitor Passes, you must be aged 32 or under (born on or after 05 March 1991). You’ll need to upload proof of age (e.g. a copy of your passport or driving licence) to your Pass before you complete your registration.
For the Student pass, you must be aged 25 or under (born on or after 05 March 1998), enrolled in full-time education and cannot be/cannot have been employed in the advertising, communication, marketing or design industries. You’ll need to upload proof of age (e.g. a copy of your passport or driving licence), a student ID and an enrolment letter before completing a Student registration.
