See It Be It Connects: MENA, in collaboration with MCN, is a one‑day, high‑impact leadership experience inspired by the Cannes Lions See It Be It initiative, designed to empower and elevate senior women across the MENA creative, media, and marketing industries.

Founded in 2014 with the mission to achieve equal gender representation of creative directors, the See It Be It programme has elevated a worldwide community of 150+ creatives through the flagship programme at Cannes Lions.
Taking the impact beyond the week in Cannes, we launched SIBI Connects. A series of in person See It Be It events bringing learnings and in person connection to our community. Tackling confidence, resilience & adaptability & negotiation.
Globally, women hold only about 12–13% of director level roles in advertising, even though they make up roughly half of the industry’s workforce.

About the programme
This focused one day curated programme provides participants with the tools, mentorship, and platform to break barriers and lead with confidence through immersive masterclasses, leadership sessions, and curated networking with industry trailblazers. By championing representation, skills development, and visibility, SIBI Connects: MENA supports Dubai Lynx’s mission to advance creative excellence while accelerating the next generation of female leaders in the region.
Eligibility and key dates
Who can attend / register
- Women working in or aspiring to work in branded communications with a minimum of 5 years of experience (advertising, marketing, film, design, PR, editorial, innovation or related fields)
- Comfortable communicating in English (programme delivered in English)
- Based in Dubai, or able to travel to Dubai at their own cost, if selected
