What are the Young Lynx Competitions?
The Young Lynx competitions invite creative marketing professionals aged 32 and under working full-time in the region to showcase their creative prowess. Over three days, teams of two will work on an integrated campaign in response to a brief, before presenting to a panel of award-winning industry leaders who'll decide the winners.

The winners of the Young Lynx Competitions will be invited to the Dubai Lynx Awards Ceremony where they’ll be honoured on stage.
Previous competitors of the Young Lynx Competition have gone on to work at companies like MediaMonks, Science & Sunshine, TBWA\RAAD, Leo Burnett, VML, Cheil Worldwide, M&C Saatchi and Almost Impossible Agency. Could you be next?
Who's eligible to enter?
The Young Lynx Competitions are for young professionals aged 32 and under (born on or after 01/04/1993) in the MENA region, including but not limited to:
- Art Directors, Media Managers, Copywriters, Graphic/UX Designers, PR, Creative Technologists, Freelancers, etc.
- Marketers, Communication specialists, Innovation and E-commerce, Strategists, Account Managers etc.
How does the competition work?
The winning teams will be invited to Dubai Lynx Award Ceremony 2026 on 08 October. Registration deadline: 02 October 2026 Competition dates: 05 & 06 October at in5 Tech, Dubai Internet City
