Andrea Siqueira is an award-winning Creative Leader and one of the most influential voices in Latin American advertising. A passionate believer in the power of creativity to transform business and society, she champions ROC (Return on Creativity) as a strategic force as vital as ROI.

After four years in global roles in the US, Andrea returned to Brazil to become Partner and Chief Creative Officer at AMPFY, one of the country’s leading independent agencies. Her work has earned more than 78 international awards, and in 2019 she received the prestigious Caboré Award for Best Creative of the Year.

Andrea has served on juries for the world’s top creative festivals, including Cannes Lions, D&AD, One Show, Clio, FIAP, and LIA, bringing her global insight to the industry’s most important creative conversations.

She is also the co-founder of Good Latinas For Good, a nonprofit dedicated to mentoring and elevating young Latina talents.

And beyond all of this, Andrea is a proud mom of two kids and a dog, who together keep her grounded, curious, and endlessly creative.
