She is a serial entrepreneur and has successfully built and sold two companies before the age of 36.

She has developed the dentsu business from 40 people in SA, into a regional powerhouse spanning 10 dentsu owned markets and another 23 partnerships. In the last 5 years dentsu Africa has won over 1000 Awards and has over 1500 people in its regional network. Dawn has been recognized as Business Woman of the year multiple times and has won a Stevie Award in USA.

She was recognized as Financial Mail’s 2025 Industry Leader of the Year.
