Güldeniz Şeşen Bilginer is the Executive Creative Director at Tribal Worldwide Istanbul, named New Generation Agency of the Year. With a degree in economics, she began her career as a copywriter and has built a 21-year journey blending creativity with strategic insight.

Her work has been honored across leading local and international festivals, earning recognition for both creative excellence and effectiveness. She has also contributed to the industry as a jury member and jury president in several respected global and regional competitions.

A strong advocate for diversity and creativity, she previously served as the brand ambassador for Google’s #SheMakes initiative and was recognized as a Woman to Watch for Creativity.

She is also the proud mother.
