Her 20+ year career includes work in every category from financial services to FMCG, auto to retail, government to tourism. Despite momentous changes to the industry, one thing has remained true throughout Hilary's career. As a woman in leadership, her mission is to be visible and to clear the way for other women to lead and achieve. That's why Hilary is a regular speaker, mentor, lecturer and contributor to industry publications. As well as advertising, Hilary is the best-selling children's author of over 20 titles, which have been translated into multiple languages. Her best-known series, Zac Power, has sold over 3.5 million copies worldwide and is being developed for an animated feature film, slated for release in 2027. Hilary is mother to 2 children and 1 Australian kelpie.
