Young Lynx Academy
Designed to support young talent within the creative communications sector by offering them a free, bespoke mentorship programme, the academy in 2025 received 200+ applications from the MENA region. 20 applicants are selected for each edition of the academy - Dubai and Riyadh.

Young Lynx Competition
Are you an early career creative? The Young Lynx Competitions are where creative marketing professionals aged 32 and under working full-time in the region compete head-to-head. A chance to showcase their creative prowess and gain industry-wide recognition at the Dubai Lynx Awards Ceremony.
