Young Lynx

The Academy is designed to support young talent within the creative communications sector by offering them a free, bespoke mentorship programme.

The Dubai Lynx 2024 Young Lynx Academy powered by Publicis Groupe continued to provide a learning platform for emerging talent aged 30 and under within the creative communications sector. The programme received over 160 applications from the MENA region, with 20 applicants selected for the program from the UAE, KSA, and Cairo.

Our exclusive curated programme for emerging talent 32 and under allows you to compete onsite with the rest of MENA’s young creatives with only 24 hours to solve a real challenge. The competition takes place alongside the Festival.

Hosted over 3 days at in5 Tech Dubai Media City, the competition in 2024 hosted 40+ emerging talents from leading agencies in the region who are 32 and under. Advertising Business Group, the brief partner for 2024, provided the charity brief. Dubai Media City as a strategic partner for Dubai Lynx along with in5, our venue partners for the competitions provided an inspiring environment for the participants to unleash their creativity. The top 3 shortlists were announced at the Young Talent Announcements at the Lynx Festival on the big stage. The shortlisted teams won the passes to the Awards Ceremony with the winning team announced at the Awards Ceremony.
