Young Lynx Academy
The Academy is designed to support young talent within the creative communications sector by offering them a free, bespoke mentorship programme.
In 2025, Dubai Lynx hosted two academies, in Riyadh and Dubai. The programme received more than 300 applications with 20 applicants selected for each edition of the programme.

Young Lynx Competition
Are you an early career creative? The Young Lynx Competitions are where creative marketing professionals aged 32 and under working full-time in the region compete head-to-head. A chance to showcase their creative prowess and gain industry-wide recognition at the Dubai Lynx Awards Ceremony.
