Supporting young talent

Hosted over three days, the immersive programme includes inspiring content from keynote talks and workshops from industry leaders across the region to inspire and guide participants - as well as a 24-hour hack competition allowing young talent to push their strategic and creative boundaries, working on a charity brief.

Participants learn and get mentored by senior industry leaders and take part in a hack challenge where the best team will be awarded for their ground-breaking creative solution to a challenge. Eligibility

Our Young Lynx Academy is for working professionals 30 and under with at least 1 year of work experience based in the GCC and MENA region including but not limited to:

Art Directors, Copywriters, Graphic/UX Designers, Directors, Journalists, PR, Creative Technologists, Freelancers, etc.
Marketers, Communication specialists, Innovation and E-commerce, Strategists, etc.

Creatives from companies like Publicis Groupe, H+K Strategies, VMLY&R Commerce, Interesting Times and Visa have all trained at the Academy.

Successful applicants also receive tickets to attend the Dubai Lynx Festival.
