Applications for the 2026 Riyadh edition close 13 January
Hosted over two days, the immersive programme includes inspiring content from keynote talks and workshops from industry leaders across the region to inspire and guide participants - as well as a 24-hour hack competition for young talent to push their strategic and creative boundaries.
With the Riyadh edition hosted on 9 and 10 February, the deadline to apply for the Riyadh edition is 13 January 2026.
Eligibility

The Young Lynx Academy in Riyadh is open to working professionals 30 and under with at least 3 years of work experience currently living and working in the creative marketing communications sector in The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Who can apply?
Working professionals in the following fields can apply, including but not limited to: Art Directors, Copywriters, Graphic/UX Designers, Directors, Journalists, PR, Creative Technologists, Freelancers, etc. Marketers, Communication specialists, Innovation and E-commerce, Strategists, etc.
Creatives from companies like Publicis Groupe, H+K Strategies, VMLY&R Commerce, Interesting Times and Visa have all trained at the Academy.
Winners of the academy will be awarded at the Dubai Lynx Awards Ceremony on 01 April in Dubai.
